He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Woodard and Rae Sargent Woodard; his wife Bonnie Woodard Hill; his sisters, Libby Kruetzer and Shirley Kae Woodard; and his sons, Perry "Rusty" Woodard and Teague Murphy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Gooding of Idaho Falls, Sherril Kae Cole (Tom) of Idaho Falls, Shirley Rae Woodard of Hamer, Shannon Tuckett (Stacey) of Idaho Falls and Kristin Castleton (Jon) of Herriman, Utah.; and his brother Jim Woodard (Ellen) of Oak Harbor. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
