He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Purser Ellis and Irene Louise Davies; his siblings, Gary and Elaine; and his grandson Jaguar Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Afton; and his children, Dara Bohn (Shawn) of Washington, Laila Kammerman (David) of Kansas, Justin Ellis (Kristi) of Wyoming, Shane Ellis (Camille) of Iowa, Lance Ellis (Alisa) of Rigby, Tasha Cook (Trevor) of Utah, Brenden Ellis (Stephanie) of Wyoming and Chanda House (Scott) of Twin Falls. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, six grandchildren-in-law, and eight great-grandchildren.
