He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kwiatkowski and Nancy Kwiatkowski (Kuiras); his brother Verne Kwiatkowski; and his son-in-law Dahlon Hess. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his daughters, Laureen Kwiatkowski, Jennifer Kwiatkowski and Kristin Hess; his grandson Caden Hess; and his brother Steven Kwiatkowski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
