He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Hetrick and Lillian Hetrick; and his brother Terry Hetrick. He is survived by : his children, Holly (Kurt) and Dustin (Adriana); his wife Linda Dascher Hetrick; his grandchildren, Emme and Jack; his brother Robert (LaVonne); and his niece Mary (Vince).
