He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Smith and Gertrude Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Sundrud of Hayden, Idaho; his children, Tony Smith (Sherry) of Fife, Washington and Tanya Yost (Steve) of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; his siblings, Troy Smith (Angela) of Auburn, Washington, Elmer, Leonard of Olympia, Washington, Alice Ynchausti of Nampa and Mary Campbell (Dave) of Edmonds, Washington; his sister-in-law Karen Stone (Culver) of Goodyear, Arizona; his grandsons, Zachary Yost (Katey) and Seth Yost; and his great grandchild Navy Yost.
