With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katie Stolebarger (Hayden, Idaho), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2025 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Katie may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

She is survived by: her son Jackson Stolebarger; her parents, Matt Roetter and Karen Roetter; her sisters, Andrea Whiteman (Blake) and Tara Vucinich (Shea); and her pet Cooper. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the college fund for Jackson Stolebarger, Katie's beloved Biola University or Hospice of North Idaho in Katie's name.
