She was predeceased by: her parents, Jenny Sylvia Norby and Marvin Allen Muggerud; and her siblings, Gerane Bell and Dallas Muggerud. She is survived by: her husband David Obray; her daughters, Kristi Siahaya (Mark Siahaya) and Chelsey Kennedy (Floyd Kennedy); her grandchildren, Bailey Kennedy, Clayton Kennedy and Logan Siahaya; and her sisters, Pamela Robbins and Micki Muggerud. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that was dear to Marla's heart.
