He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Shaw and Mabel Dorothy Killpack (Lambeth); and his brother Steve Killpack. He is survived by: his brothers, Stan Shaw (Myla) and J. D. Shaw; his wife Marcia L. Schlund; and his daughters, Stacy Fager (Randy) of St. George, UT and Kristy J. Shaw of Heyburn, ID.
