He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Thomas (Betty Johnson) and Betty Johnson (Wright); his wife Shelly Martindale; his daughter Madison Johnson (Toby Allen); his sisters, Debbie Severe and Diane Baker (Mark); his brothers-in-law, Ric Martindale and Mike Martindale (Lori); and his siblings' children, Jeremy Baker (Brooke), Chantell Baker (Bart), Paden "Spud" Baker and Marka Baker. He was also cherished by seven great-nieces and eight great-nephews.
The family suggests that memorials be directed to Plant-a-Tree Fund, in memory of Dennis, that has been established at KeyBank of Idaho.
