She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ballard and Lorraine Ballard (Schenk); her daughter Teresa Franks; and her great great grandchild Zamari Morales. She is survived by: her boyfriend Leon Walton; her grandchildren, Tosha Juarez (Elias) and Terra Stimpson (Braxton Streling); and her sister Carolyn Adams. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
