She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Dawn Henderson Ottley and Stephen Ottley; her parents-in-law, Harold and Irene Hurst; her in-laws, Dean Hurst (Jan) and Cindy Hutchison (Kelly); and her granddaughters, Quinn and Baylee Page.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Hurst; her children, Summer Blauer (Brian) of Heyburn, Peggy Vernon (Jonathan) of Shelley, Nancy Page (Greg) of Santa Clara, Stephen Hurst (Lindsay) of Rupert, Thayne Hurst (Amber) of Maynardville, Elizabeth Stephens (Brett) of Rupert and Andrea Haysom (Sean) of Key West, Florida; her brothers, Vance Ottley of Burley and Steve John Ottley (Jenny) of Burley; and her brother-in-law Tim Hurst (Becky) of Heyburn. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
Even in death, her spirit of service continues through organ donation, which will help save three lives.
