He is survived by: his mother Mary McGinnis; his significant other Jennifer Fowler; his children, Tiara Miller of Hilo, April and Adams McGinnis of Heyburn Idaho; and his siblings, Teresa Rocksvold, Stephen McGinnis and David McGinnis.
