She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howard and Jeri Howard. She is survived by: her husband Roy Decker; her children, Molly, Mickey and JoJo; her brother Jim Howard (Anjie); and her sibling's children, David Woodall, Kristine Frazee (Louie) and James Starr (Tabatha).

In lieu of flowers it is suggested that donations be made to the Rupert Senior Center 702 11th Street Rupert, Idaho 83350.
