He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Guy Cooper and Anna E. Waldric Cooper. He is survived by: his sister Norma Shives of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.; his wife Barbara A. Cooper; and his children, Danny Cooper, Christi Holmes (David Holmes), Holly Quebodeaux, Norine Cooper, Joseph Cooper and Brad Cooper (Pamala Cooper). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
