He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Case Jr. and Evelyn Boger Case; and his sister Kathleen Case of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his sister Margaret (Case); his former wife Jo Annalee Case of Naples, Florida; his children, Heather Sarah Case of Naples, Florida and Charles Brian Case (Stephanie) of Birmingham, Alabama; and his granddaughters, Della and Rosalie. He is also survived by his four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages planting a tree in his memory, in honor of his love for the outdoors.
