She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Russell" Peterson and Verla Maria Humphreys Peterson; her grandson Jesse Shane Brown; and her nieces and nephews, Denise Jones, Dianna Bolinger, Lori Gamez, Johnny Rickets and David Thorson.
She is survived by: her children, Devin Merrell McIntire of Pocatello, ID, Janice "Jan" Hovis (Jeff) of Ammon, ID, Tracy Brown (Randy Moser) of Blackfoot, ID, Leslie Sorg (Van) of Dickinson, ND, Brett Merrell McIntire of Idaho Falls, ID and Tiffany Alynn Schorzman (Larry) of Blackfoot, ID; and her siblings, Carolyn Pratt of Ogden, UT, Richard Peterson (Carol) of Bear Lake, ID, Janiel Foster of North Ogden, UT and Elaine Hunt (Roger) of North Ogden, UT. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Funeral Home & Crematory - Ammon (963 S Ammon Rd, Ammon, ID 83406). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
