He was predeceased by: his parents, William H Billman and Josephine Louise Jensen Billman; his wife Barbara Billman; his siblings, May, Illa Sue Billman, Ray, Reed and Jerry Billman; and his great grandchildren, Daxton Ray, Breaden Levi and Bralynn Ann.
He is survived by: his children, A. Lynn Billman (Brenda) of Ucon, ID, Bob Billman (Janna) of Idaho Falls, Carolanne Miller (Blaine) of Jerome, ID, John Billman of Idaho Falls and Trina Landon (Allan) of Ammon, ID. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
