She is survived by: her husband Ronald Waters; her brother George Rolfe (Sandy); her sons, Michael Waters, Richard Waters (Jessica) and Edward Waters (Julie); her niece Melissa Sasso (Marc); her nephew Marc Rolfe (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Michael D. Waters (Kylee), Matthew L. Waters, James E. Waters (Chloe), Paige N. Parravano (Kevin) and Jacob T. Waters; and her great grandchildren, Harper M. Parravano, Nora E. Waters and William M. Waters.
