He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendolyn Carlson and Dale Eugene Carlson; and his brother Dennis Carlson (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carlson; his daughter Nicole Storer (Brandon); his sisters, Barbara Byerly (Darrell) and Laurie Bickley (Mike); and his caregiver Barry.
