He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren "Jack" Bendixsen and Leila Mary Bendixsen (Schwarze); his brother Shane Bendixsen; and his nephew Tyler J. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Paula Claire Bendixsen (Forbes); his son Casper "Cap" Bendixsen (Jill); his sister Dana Harris (David); and his nephews, John, Dane and Jay.
