Beth Staples Bohn Obituary
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Beth Mozel Staples Bohn, 88, of Idaho Falls, died August 5, 2005, at her home of natural causes. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice. She was born June 3, 1917, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Oliver Calvin Anderson and Isabel Ellsworth Anderson. She grew up in Rexburg and graduated from Madison High School.
She married Kyle T. Staples March 14, 1942, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was a homemaker and mother and worked at J. C. Penney Co., Hudson Shoes, in the State of Idaho Employment Offices and then at the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Kyle passed away in November, 1978. An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many callings over the years.
She was also a member of the Idaho Falls Rock Club. She enjoyed rock hunting, sewing, embroidery, and gardening. Surviving are: Daughter: Peggy (Weld) Huffaker of Lewiston, ID Son: Kyle (Debbie) Staples of Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Diane (Troy) Forbes of Idaho Falls, ID Son: Kelly (Deanna) Staples of Idaho Falls, ID 20 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kyle T. Staples, four sisters, Mary Jacobson, Glenna Bartschi, Rella Walkingshaw, Alice Bee, a brother, Bud Anderson, and a grandchild, Jodi Tuttle.
Graveside Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2005, at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
