She is survived by: her husband Andrew Macaulay; and her children, Betsy Sherman (Jeff) of Idaho Falls, ID, Bill Macaulay (Denise) of Tyler, TX and Heather Siddoway (Shane) of Sandy, UT. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
