He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale H. Burt and Frances Pearl Rhees Burt; and his brother Carlos Junior Burt. He is survived by: his children, Junior, Marilyn, Rhees and Michelle; his former wife Ann Smith; his children, Jed, Tessa Taylor (Landon) of Ammon, ID, Preston Blake Burt of Idaho Falls, ID, Harrison Reed Burt (Aubrey) of Buckeye, AZ and Jedadiah Smith Burt (Emily) of Meridian, ID; and his siblings, Marilyn Smith (Craig) of Brigham City, UT, Rhees Burt (Glenna) of Bear River, UT and Michelle Mund (Rod) of Willard, UT. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends.
