He is survived by: his wife Nora Telford; his daughters, Cherie Wakley Davis of Idaho Falls, Charity Wakley Poole (Levi) of Boise and Carrie Wakley Siems (Caleb) of Boise, Idaho; and his brothers, Craig Telford of Parma and Jay Telford of Ogden, Utah.
