He is survived by: his children, Heather Nelson (Jacob) of Idaho Falls, ID, Jacob Nelson of Idaho Falls, ID and Iola Nelson of Idaho Falls, ID; his siblings, Carol Weimer (Les) of Idaho Falls, ID, Bonnie Nelson of Idaho Falls, ID, Debi Thomas of Idaho Falls, ID, Mike Nelson of Idaho Falls, ID and Sharon Cecil (Brian) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his girlfriend Robbi Fowler of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Funeral Home & Crematory - Idaho Falls (273 N Ridge Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Funeral Home (273 N Ridge Ave, Idaho Falls, ID 83402). The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (2355 Rollandet St, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
