He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Pickering and Bill Pickering; his wife JoAnn Pickering; his brother Craig Pickering; his children, Brandi Jo Smith (Jeremy), Suzanne Pickering, Bobbi Lynn Pickering, Wyatt Pickering, Cordell Pickering (Sara), Zachery Pickering (Corinne) and Tyler Pickering; and his grandchildren, Jaxen Pickering, David Browning, Kel Browning, Jonathan Browning, Lila Browning, Abigail Pickering, Amelia Pickering, Ace Pickering, Avery Pickering, Axel Pickering, Owen Smith, Hank Pickering and Isabelle Pickering. He was also cherished by brothers, sisters, spouse, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Idaho Falls East Stake Center (1860 Kearney St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401). A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the New Sweden Cemetery (3500 W 33rd S, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
