He was predeceased by: his father Jerry V. Williams; his stepfather Merril Hansen; and his sister Lori Freeman. He is survived by: his mother Joy Williams; his wife Jacqueline Williams; his children, Nicholas Williams (Emmaline) of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Katherine Williams of Idaho Falls and Hannah Taff (Jesse) of Boise, Idaho; his stepson Don Streett (Kylee) of Meridian, Idaho; and his brother Rick Williams (Helen) of Idaho Falls, Idaho. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
