Johnson (Dave) of Ontario, OR; his children, Marley Paulsen of Idaho Falls, ID and Levi Paulsen (Joeclyn) of Boise, ID; his stepmother Sherrie Parris of Port Orchard, WA; and his siblings, Doug Parris (Michelle) of Idaho Falls, ID, Jeremy Parris of Port Orchard, WA, Derek Parris of Connell, WA, Janessa Charkins (Lawrence) of Klamath Falls, OR, Melissa Trotter (Ray) of Adrian, OR and Charity Flores (Alvin) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, and cousins.
