She is survived by: her children, Jack Tyler Howard III, Millssa Dee Ann Leonard and Joann Jennifer Boring; and her grandchildren, Stormi Aprill KayLin Fiolek and Forest Matthew Jones. She is also survived by 9 other grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
