He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dalley Cutler and Zella Mae Parks Cutler; his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Wilkie; and his siblings, Mae Williams (Ellis), Royal Cutler (Dorothy), Gerald Cutler (Patricia) and Edwin "Ted" Cutler (Marge).
He is survived by: his children, John Fitzgerald of Idaho Falls, ID, Teresa Johnson (Brant) of Idaho Falls, ID and Camille Cope (Brian) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his siblings, Craig Cutler (Cheryl) of Shelley, ID and Connie Cutler of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
