With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Cavanaugh (Idaho Falls, Idaho), born in Wallace, Idaho, who passed away on September 16, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cavanaugh and Alice Cyr Cavanaugh; his wife Frances Ruth Cavanaugh; his sister Katherine Cavanaugh Lewis; his daughter Mary Dell Cavanaugh; and his grandson Raymond Grof.

He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth May Adams; and his children, Elizabeth (Betty), Betty Cavanaugh Hill (Morgan Hill) of Hayden, ID, Patrick Cavanaugh (Carol Hackney) of Boise, ID and Kenneth John Cavanaugh of Boise, ID. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
