He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harold Wilkinson Stacey of Liverpool and Clara Norene Stacey (Clark) of Niwot; his brother Gary Stacey; and his grandson Christopher Clark Craig. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Coodey Stacey; and his daughters, Kathleen Ann Neuman (Burke) of West Richland, Washington, Debra Ranae House (Michael) of Richmond and Sharlene Marie Ockerman (Kevin) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
