He is survived by: his wife Karma Burtenshaw; his children, Mindy Clayton (L. Troy) of Idaho Falls, ID, Bryce Alan Burtenshaw (Lisa Meikle) of Idaho Falls, ID, John Craig Burtenshaw (Natalie Huls) of Idaho Falls, ID, Mark David Burtenshaw (Tonia Miller) of Midland, TX and Jake Porter Burtenshaw of Idaho Falls, ID; and his siblings, Sandra Horne (Richard) of Idaho Falls, ID, Rod Burtenshaw (Sherry) of St. George, UT, Chris Burtenshaw (Alisa) of Pahrump, NV and Sharon Arave (Kevin) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and four great grandsons.
