He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lockes and Martha Eva Johnson Lockes; his siblings, Bud Lockes, Virginia Hill, Evalyn Priest and Norma Gean Bielby; his granddaughter Katie Ann Long; and his great grandchild Keegan Todd Beattie.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Lockes of Idaho Falls, ID; his daughters, Vicki Beattie (Todd) of Ammon, ID, Connie Furniss of Ammon, ID, Cindy Laird (Ryan) of Idaho Falls, ID and Lorie Reis (Carl) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his sister Leah Brown (Tony) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
