He is survived by: his children, LaVern Moyer of Idaho Falls, ID and Robbie Howarter of Idaho Falls, ID; and his siblings, Calvin Fox, Julie Hansen, Kevin Fox, Chyrol Wilkerson and Erwin Fox.
