He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Johnston and Robert Millward; and his siblings, Warren (Butch), Mike and Annamarie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren, Jayden and Raegan Millward; and his sisters, Donna Sibert (Troy), Jennifer Langston (Bob) and Brenda Nattress (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
