He is survived by: his pets, Bill and Ginger; and his children, LaVaun Ball (David), Kellan Smith (Linda), LeAnn Jensen (Steve) and Curtis Smith (Kristine). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren.
