She is survived by: her children, DeRay Perry (Carol) of Idaho Falls, ID, Allen C. Perry (Marilyn) of Idaho Falls, ID, Teresa Cox (Harrison) of Shelley, ID, Kevin R. Perry (Kelly) of Bay City, TX, Douglas C. Perry (Candice) of Kona, HI and Jeff L. Perry (Sally) of Ucon, ID; and her siblings, Vern Chadwick, Rendle Chadwick, Caren Mostert and Lynada Holtkamp. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
