He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ercel Gilbert Leonard and Nina May Rawle Leonard; his spouse Thail Yvonne Rumsey; his children, Paul Leonard (Susan) of Ucon, ID, Chad Leonard (Sheri) of Ucon, ID, Sheri Brasier (Dave) of Ammon, ID, Blair Leonard (Stephanie) of Syracuse, UT and Kristen Haws (Jason) of Ammon, ID; his sisters, Nina Chapple of Pahrump, NV, Celia Whitehouse (Tom) of Boiling Springs, SC and Jennie Blunck (Ron) of Mountain Green, UT; his significant other Thail Leonard; his brothers, Terry and Mark Leonard; and his parents-in-law, Blaine and Fern Rumsey. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
