He is survived by: his wife Janet Perkins of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Tulene Perkins, Conan Perkins (Tori) of Nampa, ID and Brogan Perkins (Tabitha) of Boise, ID; and his stepsons, Shad Bizer (Sara), Justin Bizer (Tiffany), James Masson and Ryker Masson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
