He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Harris Heaton and Rozella Cleverly; his stepfather Bert Wellman; and his sisters, Donna and Doris.
He is survived by: his former wife Beth "Romaine" Young; his grandchild Carey; his wife Beth Romaine Heaton; and his children, Donnie Heaton (Debi) of South Jordan, UT, Bob Heaton (Denise) of Idaho Falls, Marriann Hough-Nelson (Aaron) of Nashville, TN and Carey Heaton (Julie) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
