He is survived by: his children, Scott Packer (Robin), Paul Packer (Darlean) of Idaho Falls, Lorraine Bradley (Tracy) of Ammon, ID, Heather Stolworthy (Shawn) of Firth, ID, Renee Tucker (Chris) of Lyman, WY and Jesse Packer (Ashley) of Rigby, ID; his siblings, David Packer (Paulette) of Idaho Falls and Carla Rae Buster (Cary) of Meridian, ID; and his brother-in-law Kent Vernon (Rita) of Sugar City, ID. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Don was born July 22, 1935, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to Grant Parkinson Packer and Florence Peck Packer.
