He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecile Dewayne Waters (Chole Isadora Waters) and Idahoan; his brother John; and his close friend Edith "Edie" Wheeler. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Waters (Dennis Lindsey) of Idaho Falls, ID and Linda Keele (Paul) of Idaho Falls, ID; his brother Ronnie Waters; his grandchildren, Lauren Shawver (Max) and Sam Keele (Diana); and his great grandchildren, Dax, Miles and William.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery (4600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
