She was predeceased by: her parents, Noral O'Dell Brown and Edna May Christensen Brown; her husband Lavon "Bud" "Nick" Nichols; her son Terry Nichols; and her grandchildren, Christopher Marriott and Stephanie Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Nichols (Barbara), Barbara Nichols (Joette), Rocky Nichols (Pam) and Kelly Ellis (Cary). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
