She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Pemberton and Reva Arvesta Pemberton; her daughter Kelli Marie Webb; her husband Jay LaVar Welker; and her siblings, Bob, Bill Pemberton, Tanis Walters and Barbara Hutchingson.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Ann Brown (Scott R.) of Idaho Falls, ID; and her siblings, Lois Dawson of Boise, ID, Lula Speas of Idaho Falls, ID and James Gray of Hermaston, OR. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
