He was predeceased by: his parents, Forde Johnson and Molly Johnson (Porter); his brother Porter; and his daughter Tami. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his pet Molli; his children, Scott (Paula), Heather Carosone (Rick), Bradley, David (Diane Jacobson) and Kimberly Ruiz (Omar); his grandchildren, Ysabella, Lorenzo, Hayden, Reed, Elena, Emily, Owen and Andrew; his brother Kenlon (Carol); and his brother-in-law Dean (Jan).
