He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean C. Jaggar and Leola E. Jaggar; his wife Eileen Jaggar; his son Jeff Jaggar; and his sister Mary Jane.

He is survived by: his friend Becky Hererra; his daughters, Leslie Andrus (Mark) of Idaho Falls and Lisa McConnell (Mike) of Rigby; his sister Deanna Snyder of Des Moines, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Morgan Andrus, Kassidy Andrus, Trenton Jaggar and Vincent McConnell.
