He was predeceased by: his father Felix; his wife Josie; and his sons, Steven Blair and R. Lamar Blair. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Garner (Jeff), Tammi (Gary), Fred Blair Jr., Robert Blair, Richard Blair and Jim Blair (Jenny). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
