With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Steed of Idaho Falls, Idaho, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond Steed and Carol Clark Steed; and his son Eric Steed. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Steed; his children, Marcelle Stegelmeier (Daren) of Morgan, UT, Alyson Walker, Garth Steed (Jewelee) of Kingman, AZ, Greg Steed (Chris) of Herriman, UT, Amanda Helm (Jesse) of Casper, WY, Gerrick Steed (Heather), Bruce Steed (Kelsey) of Idaho Falls, ID, Grant Steed (Crystal) of Malad, ID and Kathleen Forgeon (Jase) of Nephi, UT; and his siblings, Colleen Faerber of Idaho Falls, ID, David Steed (Marsha) of Idaho Falls, ID, Carolyn Finn (Larry) of Idaho Falls, ID and Paul Steed (Deborah). He is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LaBelle Ward (4223 E 528 Rd N, Rigby, ID 83442).
