He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Kramer Sr. and Mary Zumwalt Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Snow (Mark Pichel) of Palo Alto, CA and Tim J. Kramer; and his grandchildren, Heather, Alex Pichel of Portland, OR, Theo and Eleanor. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Dade County Public Library in Greenfield, Missouri.
